The Puzzling Professors shut themselves away in their puzzle labs years ago. Ever since they have been working to invent the best puzzles for The Puzzling Professor's Range! Which Professor do you think has created the trickiest challenge?
Uncomplicated designs that are perfect for kids to understand - so get them puzzling at an early age. Kids are often far better at problem solving than adults; so don't expect to solve any of these brain bafflers easily yourself!

Included in this pack are 5 bamboo puzzles:
Professor Brain Baffler's Puzzle - Cannon Balls:
Can you build a pyramid... using these balls? I am Professor Brain Baffler and my puzzle is the best because everybody loves pyramids! Whilst walking like an Egyptian in Giza, I wondered why the ancient Egyptians used blocks to build their pyramids. "Why not use balls!" I thought.
Professor Mind Muddler's Puzzle - Pyramid:
Can you build a pyramid? I am Professor Mind Muddler and I watched Professor Brain Baffler designing his pyramid puzzle and decided to make him look silly by making a better pyramid puzzle myself! My design is much more simple, yet surprisingly difficult to solve.
Professor Sense Sizzler's Puzzle - Walk the Plank:
Separate the two planks... can you reattach them? I am Professor Sense Sizzler and I am the only professor clever enough to use string in my puzzle. Puzzles with string are great because if your shoe lace snaps you can use them to mend your shoe! My puzzle has a classic solution that is the basis of many puzzles.
Professor Head Spinner's Puzzle - Cross:
Separate the pieces... can you rebuild the puzzle? I am Professor Head Spinner and I have made a puzzle in the shape of a cross. Getting the puzzle apart is quite tricky and patience is needed to put the puzzle back together. So when trying to solve this puzzle - don't get too cross!!!
Professor Egg Head's Puzzle - Knot:
Separate the pieces... can you rebuild the puzzle? I am Professor Egg Head and I have designed the most complicated puzzle in this set. It is made up of 6 bamboo bars. If you love building shapes then you will love my design. But be warned - it is not easy!
Bamboo Facts:
Bamboo can be eaten 9new shoots), made into fiber for clothing, be used in concrete reinforcement or as livestock feed with the foliage being up to 22% protein.
Bamboo can also tolerate extreme conditions that most plants cannot. It was the first plant to regreen after the atomic blast in Hiroshimi in 1945.
There are around 1,500 different species of bamboo, native to every continent except Europe.
It can be harvested in 3.5 years, as opposed to 10 or 20 for most softwoods. It is also one of the strongest building materials with a tensile strength of 28,000 PSI. Mild steel measures 23,000 PSI!
Bamboo is the fastest growing plant on the planet. It has been recorded to grow an amazing 47.6 inches in 24 hours.
Bamboo is a crucial element in the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. A grove of bamboo releases 35% more oxygen than an equivalent number of trees. Because of this, planting bamboo is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint and help fight global warming.
