Postage & Packaging

We charge a flat rate of £5.75 for Postage & Packaging within Mainland UK. Delivery time is between 3-5 working days. Please note that Islands and Northern Ireland may incur extra charges due to weight or size of order. If a surcharge is needed a member of staff will contact you regarding this to arrange additional payment. Items for delivery within Uk are sent Royal Mail Recorded or by courier. Please note that a signature will be required.

We are able to offer an express postage service. Delivery to mainland UK will be charged £11.00 and sent using DHL Delivery Service. Delivery to Islands and Northern Island will be charged £35.00 and sent using DHL or Parcelforce 48 hour delivery service. Please contact a member of staff if you wish to upgrade your delivery service. Over Sized parcels will be charged £35.00

Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 3 - 5 working days within the UK. Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to 7 working days. Estimated delivery times to Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia are 3 - 9 working days.

If all or part of your order is temporarily out of stock and we can not re-stock in time to enable us to deliver within a 5 day period we will notify you of revised delivery times by e-mail and give you the opportunity to amend or cancel your order. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been dispatched and advised as to which method was used.

We can not accept responsibility for delays in delivery of orders for any reason that is deemed to be out with our control. In the event that your order does not arrive within the expected time period, please allow two extra working days before notifying us.
